RevDoc Growth Network ("RevDoc," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RevDoc Connector Network affiliate platform at revdocgrowth.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using our platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
- Account information: Full name, email address, and phone number (optional) when you sign up as a Connector or express interest as a doctor.
- Segment/role: Your self-described role (e.g., healthcare billing, insurance broker, connector).
- Tax information: Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN), legal name, entity type, and mailing address — collected only when you reach the $600 IRS reporting threshold and set up payouts.
- Payment information: Bank routing and account numbers (for ACH/wire payouts) collected during payout setup.
- Practice information: For doctor enrollments — practice name, NPI number, state, and specialty.
- IP address: Hashed for fraud prevention and geographic analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses.
- Click and referral data: Referral codes, click timestamps, referral source pages, and conversion events for commission attribution.
- Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and screen size for improving the user experience.
- Referral attribution: Tracking which Connector referred which doctor or sub-Connector, using cookies and click data.
- Commission calculation: Calculating commissions owed based on cash-pay app marketplace revenue tied to your referral chain.
- Tax reporting: Filing IRS Form 1099-NEC for Connectors earning $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by federal law.
- Payout processing: Sending commission payments via your selected payout method (ACH, check, or wire).
- Communications: Sending welcome emails, commission notifications, payout confirmations, and program updates.
- Platform improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve the Connector experience.
We use functional cookies only — not marketing or advertising cookies. Specifically:
revdoc_refFirst-touch attribution cookie. Stores the referral code of the Connector who first referred you. Expires after 60 days.
revdoc_clickClick tracking cookie. Stores a unique click ID for attribution. Expires after 60 days.
rd_sidSession identifier stored in localStorage. Used to link page views within a single session. No expiration (cleared when browser storage is cleared).
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the platform:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. Your account data and referral records are stored in Supabase's infrastructure.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery. Your name and email address are shared with Resend to send welcome emails, commission notifications, and payout confirmations.
- Stripe: Payment processing for commission payouts. Your payout information is shared with Stripe when processing payments.
- Vercel: Website hosting. Standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are processed by Vercel's infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request.
- Tax identification numbers (SSN/EIN) and bank account details are encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Only the last four digits of your SSN/EIN and account number are stored in plaintext for verification purposes.
- Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel involved in payout processing and tax reporting.
- All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Click data:Retained for 90 days after the click event, then automatically purged.
Account data:Retained for the duration of your active Connector account, plus 12 months after account closure.
Financial records:Commission ledger entries, payout records, and tax information are retained for 7 years per IRS record-keeping requirements.
All users have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., 7-year IRS records).
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law.
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
