These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the RevDoc Connector Network ("Program"), operated by RevDoc Growth Network ("RevDoc," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of the United States.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must be able to receive payments and comply with U.S. tax reporting obligations (including providing a valid SSN or EIN when required).
As a Connector in the RevDoc network, you:
- Receive a unique referral link that you may share with others.
- Earn commissions when people in your referral chain connect to a doctor who enrolls in the RevDoc platform and generates cash-pay app marketplace revenue.
- Are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal representative of RevDoc.
- Do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or make clinical recommendations of any kind.
Commissions are calculated exclusively from cash-pay app marketplace revenue. RevDoc does not pay commissions on Medicare, Medicaid, or any government-funded healthcare program revenue.
- Commission rates and structures are set by RevDoc and may vary by product, tier, and role within the referral chain.
- Commission amounts are calculated based on actual cash-pay app marketplace revenue generated by enrolled doctors' patients.
- Commissions are tracked in a ledger that is append-only — entries are never edited or deleted. Adjustments are made by adding new corrective entries.
- Payout periods, minimum thresholds, and payment timing are determined by RevDoc and communicated through the platform.
- RevDoc reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that you disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting RevDoc. You must:
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission when someone signs up through your link.
- Include the disclosure in a way that is hard to miss — not buried in small print or behind a "more" link.
- Use language such as: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" or "This is an affiliate link — I get paid if you enroll."
- Include the disclosure on every platform where you share your link (social media, email, website, in-person materials, etc.).
Failure to make required FTC disclosures may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to:
- Spam: Send unsolicited bulk emails, text messages, or social media messages promoting your referral link.
- Make misleading claims: Guarantee specific income amounts, misrepresent the program, or make false health claims.
- Provide medical advice: Offer diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance of any kind.
- Purchase ads on RevDoc brand terms: Bid on "RevDoc," "RevDoc Growth," or similar trademarked terms in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Create fake accounts: Register multiple accounts, self-refer, or create fraudulent referral chains.
- Impersonate RevDoc: Represent yourself as an employee, officer, or authorized agent of RevDoc.
- Violate laws: Engage in any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws, including healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law).
- You are responsible for reporting all commission income to the IRS and applicable state tax authorities.
- If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, RevDoc will issue you an IRS Form 1099-NEC.
- You must provide a valid SSN or EIN through the secure payout setup process before receiving any payments.
- RevDoc may withhold payments if required tax information is not provided.
The RevDoc name, logo, platform, and all related materials are the property of RevDoc Growth Network. You may use RevDoc-provided marketing materials to promote your referral link, but you may not modify them or create materials that imply an official affiliation beyond your role as a Connector.
- You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at partners@revdocgrowth.com.
- RevDoc may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms the Program or its participants.
- Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid commissions that have not yet reached the minimum payout threshold, except where prohibited by law.
- Earned and confirmed commissions above the payout threshold will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle following termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- RevDoc provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- RevDoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.
- RevDoc's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- RevDoc does not guarantee any level of income, commissions, or results from participation in the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevDoc, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your promotional activities, or your breach of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
RevDoc may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may deactivate your account before the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
