Day 0Practice signs RevDoc partnership agreement. COO/office manager designated as primary contact. NPI and billing information collected.
App Customization
Day 1-3White-labeled app configured with practice branding — logo, colors, provider photos. Doctor selects which of 100+ services to include or exclude (removes services they already offer). Custom provider profile created.
EMR Integration
Day 3-5RevDoc connects to the practice's EMR system (400+ supported). Patient records, medication lists, and lab history flow automatically. No manual data entry.
Staff Training
Day 5-7Front desk and check-in staff complete 30-minute training. Covers: how to mention the app to patients, where QR codes are placed, how to assist with signup if asked. The doctor does NOT need to attend — this is staff-only.
QR Codes & Materials Deployed
Day 7-10Branded QR codes printed and placed: waiting room posters, exam room cards, checkout desk stands, staff badge inserts. Each code is unique to the practice and tracks activations.
Dashboard Access
Day 10-12Doctor and office manager get dashboard login. Shows: patient activation %, revenue tracker, leaderboard vs other practices, engagement metrics. The doctor sees money growing without lifting a finger.
First Patients Enrolled
Day 12-14Patients scan QR codes during visits, sign up in 2 minutes, do a facial scan. Dashboard starts populating with real patient data. Revenue begins flowing from PMPM + service marketplace + quality bonuses.
